What I process

• Your Scorecard answers and result.
• If you leave your details: email address, phone number, preferred contact channel, company size, sector and any note you write.
• The site language and the page that referred you.
• With your consent, site usage data through Google Analytics: pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location.

Why

• To send your Scorecard result and reply to your request.
• To contact you on the channel you chose.
• With your consent, to understand how the site is used and improve it.

Legal basis

Your contact details are processed because they are directly needed for a service relationship you asked for (KVKK Art. 5/2(c)) and for legitimate interest (Art. 5/2(f)). Analytics cookies only run with your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

Who receives it

Your data is processed by the providers of the site's hosting, database and email delivery, and by Google if you consent to analytics. Their servers may be outside Türkiye, and any transfer abroad is made under KVKK Art. 9. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

How long

Contact details are kept for up to 2 years after your request is closed, then deleted. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months.

Cookies

The site only uses Google Analytics cookies, and only after you accept. No advertising cookies are used. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the consent bar will appear again.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 (and the GDPR where it applies) you can ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing, and claim compensation for damage. Send requests to ferhat@zamanpur.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.
